Following terms and conditions applies to sales of all products at www.likruse.se/Li Kruse AB, if not special written agreement between us and the customer. We apply all current sales laws.
GENERAL
Li Kruse AB sells clothing and accessories on internet to private persons in Sweden and rest of EU. You need a valid ID-card to collect packages. If you are under the age of 18, you need parents’ permission of purchase.
ORDERING
Orders are placed on our web site at www.likruse.se. If you have questions, email us at butiken@likruse.se. Sending an order means you approve of our terms and conditions, and agree that your personal data are stored in our customer database. The sales agreement is made after we confirm the order by sending order confirmation, and full payment is received. We have reservations for errors in available stock.
PAYMENT
Payments in Sweden are done by Swish, or invoice/bankgiro. International orders are paid via Paypal, or possibly bank transfer (which takes time and cost money). Instructions are send in separate email.
SHIPPING
Delivery by Postnord (Swedish post office). If returning goods, the customer arrange/pay shipping cost (not if defect goods).

Orders can also be picked up at our warehouse in Karlskoga (Sweden), without freight cost.
