Beanies

Keep warm with a knitted beanie in alpaca wool. The wool, being imported from Peru, is Ökotex 100 certified. The beanies are made in Sweden. Can be used hanging, or folded.

Alpaca wool is a very exclusive material that is both stronger and warmer than our regular sheep wool. It is softer and less itchy. But the best thing, it is more flexible. The wool breathes and adjusts to change in climate. This flexibility comes from the natural environment where the alpacas live, where the temperature can change rapidly between -20 and +20 degrees.

Wool garments has a high natural content of sulfur, which makes them repel both dirt and bad smell (a kind of “self cleaning” effect). So the garments don’t need to be washed often. But when necessary, use hand wash in cold water. Use mild soap. Or, even better, regular hair shampoo… After all, it is hair the product is made from.
